Car Audio & DJ Equipment Near Alhambra

From Alhambra, our South Gate store is about 11.5 miles by road, roughly 16 minutes in light traffic. It is one counter, one address (8696 Atlantic Ave, South Gate, CA 90280), and a team that does both car audio and DJ equipment. There is no DJ Custom Audio location in Alhambra. We run one shop, in South Gate, and everything happens there: installs, demos, gear pickup and Payment Plan paperwork.

As an incorporated city in Los Angeles County, Alhambra has plenty of daily drivers who put serious hours behind the wheel, which is exactly when better sound pays off. Alhambra is in the San Gabriel Valley area; our shop is south of Alhambra.

Car audio

Car audio is half of what we do, and Alhambra drivers keep the bay busy. The work includes subwoofers and enclosures, for bass you can feel without rattling the whole car; backup cameras and dash cams, for safer parking and a record of the road; head units with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so maps, calls and music run through a proper screen instead of a phone mount; speaker upgrades, which fix muddy factory sound more than anything else; and alarms and remote start (Viper only), for security and a cool cabin on hot days. DJ equipment

The other half of the shop is DJ and pro audio equipment for sale, and a lot of Alhambra buyers come for it. Categories include microphones and wireless systems, DJ controllers, cables and accessories, fog, haze and bubble effects, cases and stands and amps and processing, along with mixers, turntables and media players, subwoofers, lighting (wash, moving heads, lasers) and powered speakers. You will see Pioneer DJ, Technical Pro, Electro-Voice, QSC and JBL on the shelves, plus Mackie, ADJ, Shure, Chauvet and RCF. The drive

DJ Custom Audio is about 11.5 miles from Alhambra by road (9.4 miles in a straight line), and the shop is south of Alhambra. Without traffic the drive takes about 16 minutes; rush hour can add a lot more, so check your maps app before you leave. The usual route from Alhambra uses I-710 (Long Beach Freeway), then surface streets such as West Valley Boulevard and Firestone Boulevard for the final miles.

Look for the corner of Atlantic and Firestone. We are next to the 7-Eleven at 8696 Atlantic Ave, South Gate, CA 90280, with parking on site and a shopping center across the street if you want to wait nearby during an install.
