Car Audio & DJ Equipment Near Century City

Century City is on the outer edge of the area we serve, about 20.2 miles from our shop at 8696 Atlantic Ave, South Gate, CA 90280, and roughly 33 minutes without traffic. People still make the drive when they want DJ and pro audio equipment they can hear before buying, or a car audio install done by a team that has been at it since 2012. We do not have a branch in Century City and we do not do mobile installs. What we offer Century City customers is one well-stocked South Gate counter where the same team handles car audio and DJ equipment.

As a Los Angeles neighborhood, Century City sits in one of the busiest driving areas in Southern California, where a good sound system makes long drives easier. Coming from the Westside area, you head southeast to reach us.

Car audio

Here is what Century City drivers usually ask us for. To be clear, this is gear sales: no rentals, no DJs for hire, and no DJ equipment repair. Ask Joe on the DJ side about setup and software like Serato; he works with this gear himself.

The drive

DJ Custom Audio is about 20.2 miles from Century City by road (15.1 miles in a straight line), and the shop is southeast of Century City. Without traffic the drive takes about 33 minutes; rush hour can add a lot more, so check your maps app before you leave. The usual route from Century City uses I-10 (Santa Monica Freeway), then surface streets such as South Alameda Street and Firestone Boulevard for the final miles.
