DJ Custom Audio is not in Chesterfield Square, but it is close: about 9.4 driving miles east of Chesterfield Square (about 18 minutes without traffic), at 8696 Atlantic Ave, South Gate, CA 90280. There is no DJ Custom Audio location in Chesterfield Square. We run one shop, in South Gate, and everything happens there: installs, demos, gear pickup and Payment Plan paperwork.

Car audio

Car audio is half of what we do, and Chesterfield Square drivers keep the bay busy. The work includes amplifiers, to power speakers and subs cleanly; speaker upgrades, which fix muddy factory sound more than anything else; alarms and remote start (Viper only), for security and a cool cabin on hot days; full sound systems, planned around your car and budget; and GPS and lighting, to round out the build. The drive is short enough that most install customers wait at the shop or run errands nearby.

We're an authorized JL Audio and Alpine dealer, and we also carry Kicker, Focal and Pioneer. A lot of installs get done the same day. We work on cars, trucks, boats and powersports like Can-Am machines. We keep it to sound, security, cameras and lighting, and we only put in gear we'd run in our own rides.

DJ equipment

The other half of the shop is DJ and pro audio equipment for sale, and a lot of Chesterfield Square buyers come for it. On the floor you will find turntables and media players, cables and accessories, fog, haze and bubble effects, DJ controllers, cases and stands, lighting (wash, moving heads, lasers) and microphones and wireless systems, plus powered speakers, mixers, amps and processing and subwoofers. Brands we carry include Chauvet, Shure, QSC, Technical Pro, Mackie, Electro-Voice, Pioneer DJ, JBL, ADJ and RCF. A DJ from Chesterfield Square upgrading to a new controller, a church adding wireless mics, and a family building a party system can all be helped in one visit.

The drive

DJ Custom Audio is about 9.4 miles from Chesterfield Square by road (7.8 miles in a straight line), and the shop is east of Chesterfield Square. Without traffic the drive takes about 18 minutes; rush hour can add a lot more, so check your maps app before you leave. The usual route from Chesterfield Square uses I-110 (Harbor Freeway), then surface streets such as West Manchester Avenue and Firestone Boulevard for the final miles.

Look for the corner of Atlantic and Firestone. We are next to the 7-Eleven at 8696 Atlantic Ave, South Gate, CA 90280, with parking on site and a shopping center across the street if you want to wait nearby during an install.
