What it is
Kenwood's eXcelon Reference big-screen receiver, top of the Kenwood shelf.
The Kenwood eXcelon Reference DMX1058XR is a digital multimedia receiver (no disc) with a 10.1-inch HD capacitive touchscreen (1280 x 720) on a floating panel that adjusts for depth, height, tilt and side-to-side position. It supports wired and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi and an HD Radio tuner, and is SiriusXM and iDatalink Maestro ready. Audio features include Hi-Res Audio support, three 5-volt preamp outputs, a digital optical output, a 13-band EQ and digital time alignment. Four camera inputs support HD front and rear cameras. USB-C with 3A charging is included. Built for drivers who want a large screen plus serious sound-tuning control.
