What it is
Flagship JL Audio C7 6.5-inch woofer for active systems. Special orders welcome.
The JL Audio C7-650cw is a single 6.5-inch woofer from JL's flagship C7 line, built for active systems run by a DSP rather than passive crossovers. It handles 125 watts RMS at 4 ohms, with 87 dB sensitivity and a usable range of 50 Hz to 5 kHz. The vacuum-formed, mineral-filled polypropylene cone allows 5 mm of one-way excursion, and mounting depth is 2.77 inches. JL recommends 50 to 175 watts. Pair with C7 midranges and tweeters for a full sound-quality front stage.
