It is rated for 300 watts RMS and works with 75 to 300 watts of amplifier power. The molded box measures 8.23 inches tall, 21.78 inches wide and 15.16 inches deep, and connects with unterminated flying leads. It is made for tucking bass into cars, trucks, boats and side-by-sides where a carpeted box would not fit.
