What it is
Supercardioid condenser vocal mic with a smooth, detailed top end. Call to check stock.
The Shure Beta 87A is a handheld supercardioid electret condenser mic for vocals. The tight pattern helps reject stage noise and feedback, and a three-stage pop filter handles plosives. It has a 50 Hz to 18 kHz response with a gentle low-frequency roll-off to offset proximity effect. The thicker handle is comfortable, and a break-resistant swivel adapter is included. It needs phantom power.
Joe can hold it for pickup at the South Gate shop. Call to confirm before you come over.
