What it is
15-inch QSC active sub, 2,600 W peak, Bluetooth, and a DEEP preset.
The QSC CS15 is a compact active subwoofer with one 15-inch cone and a 2,600 watt peak Class D amplifier. Max SPL is 133 dB. Frequency response is 47 Hz to 100 Hz (-6 dB), and the DEEP preset extends that to 44 Hz to 100 Hz. At -10 dB the range is 43 Hz to 108 Hz, or 39 Hz to 100 Hz with DEEP. The Quick Cardioid preset needs at least two subs. Bluetooth 5.1 audio includes True Wireless Stereo, and the QSC Loudspeaker Control app controls the sub over Bluetooth. It is tuned for C Series loudspeakers and also works with K Series. Connections are two locking XLR/1/4-inch combo inputs, one XLR loop-thru, one post-DSP XLR output, and an IEC inlet on a 100 to 240 VAC supply. The painted birch plywood cabinet measures 23.1 x 17.7 x 20.4 inches and weighs 58.7 lb. Register within 30 days of purchase and QSC's 6-year warranty applies. Warranty at the shop is lifetime labor plus the manufacturer warranty. The photo shows the CS15 next to the CS18.
