For drivers and DJs in the city of Paramount, the nearest place to hear gear before you buy it may be our South Gate store. It is about 5.2 miles by road, around 10 minutes in normal conditions. There is no DJ Custom Audio location in Paramount. We run one shop, in South Gate, and everything happens there: installs, demos, gear pickup and Payment Plan paperwork.

The drive

Without traffic the drive takes about 10 minutes; rush hour can add a lot more, so check your maps app before you leave. The usual route from Paramount uses I-710 (Long Beach Freeway), then surface streets such as Garfield Avenue and Firestone Boulevard for the final miles.

The last stretch brings you to Atlantic Avenue at Firestone Boulevard in South Gate. The shop is at 8696 Atlantic Ave, South Gate, CA 90280, next to the 7-Eleven. Parking is on site, and a shopping center sits across the street, so you can grab food while an install is underway.
