About Stinger at DJ Custom Audio

Stinger is known in the bay for power wire, fuse holders, and the install hardware that keeps a system quiet. In the shop, Stinger means the HEIGH10 and Horizon screens. The Horizon 10 and the UN1810 are universal floating screens, and most of the Stinger items are vehicle-specific kits in Retrofit Radios: the screen, dash bezel, and harness for a Jeep Wrangler, Ram, Silverado, F-150, Tacoma, Tundra, or 4Runner. Those cards say Call for price. Call and Tony will quote the kit for your exact year and trim.

A 10-inch floating screen looks right in a photo and can still be the wrong depth for the dash. Bring the year, make, and model so Tony can say whether a universal Horizon fits, whether there is a Stinger kit made for your truck, or whether another screen is the better shape. The Kenwood DMX1058XR, the Alpine Halo9 and Halo11, the Pioneer DMH-WC5700NEX, and the JVC KW-Z1001W are all floating screens on the same wall, and most of them show their price on the item.

The wire side of Stinger is listed too: the SK4281 8-gauge, the SK4241 and SK4641 4-gauge, and the SK4201 1/0-gauge amp wiring kits, each with its price on the item. If you are here for a sub amp or a whole system, the kit changes with the job, and Tony picks the gauge. Car audio bought here is installed here, often the same day, so the wiring question is usually our problem, not yours. Anything not on the shelf can be special ordered.
