Lexus NX speaker upgrade
The NX is a compact luxury SUV with a quiet cabin. From 2015 to 2021 it takes 6.5 to 6.75-inch speakers in the front and rear doors and 4-inch speakers in the dash. The 2023 and 2024 NX take 6x9s in the front doors with 4-inch dash speakers; the 2022 doors and the newest years still need a check at the shop. We have verified sizes for 4 of 5 year ranges or trims in our table; anything not verified says "Confirm fit at the shop".

If the new speaker is a different size or deeper than the factory one, it can need an adapter bracket. Tony checks with your car in front of him before he starts.
How it works at the shop
Buy and install at 8696 Atlantic Ave, South Gate. Tony installs in our own bay, often the same day. Everything is picked up at the shop.

What size speakers fit the Lexus NX?
It depends on the year. Some we have verified: 2023–2024: 4" in the dash, 6x9" in the front doors; 2022: 4" in the dash; 2020–2021: 4" in the dash, 6.5" or 6-3/4" in the front doors, 6.5" or 6-3/4" in the rear doors. Any other spot or year: confirm fit at the shop.
Do I need a new radio or an amp to upgrade the speakers?
Not always. New speakers can run off the factory radio. Some factory premium systems use an amp that needs an interface; we check your trim before you buy.
Can you install them in South Gate?
